Industeam in the Top 500 Growth Champions

04 September 2026

INDUSTEAM France has been named one of the Top 500 Growth Champions of 2023, a ranking compiled by Les Echos and the Statista research institute.

Ranking published in Les Echos Week-End

As a flagship company of the Industeam Group, it makes a remarkable contribution to the Group's development founded in 2006 by Thierry Franceschetti – a native of Lorraine, descendant of immigrants, and sole shareholder of a Group that, in 2022, reached for the first time in its history the €100 million revenue milestone and brings together 900 permanent employees.

Originally, its business was almost exclusively focused on the steel industry, where the company built a reputation for expertise and quality. Like all other entities in the Group, it has embraced the Group's ongoing strategy of diversifying its business sectors, which is the key to its success. Today, the energy, rail, food processing, and tire manufacturing industries are its primary clients.

This adaptability has been reflected in the development of an international culture, driven by supporting these major clients in their projects; in 2022, exports accounted for 50% of the Group's total revenue.

2022 marked the prominence of activities developed in the biomass and energy transition sectors which, when combined with activities in the nuclear sector, now account for more than a third of Industeam's total revenue.

This success is built on a tradition of flexibility and adaptability among Industeam employees to the direction set by its management, without which these transitions would have been impossible. The shared values—Effort, Respect, Sharing—are deeply embedded in the daily lives of the Group's employees.

DIVERSIFICATION – FLEXIBILITY – SHARED VALUES

Since 2012, Industeam has been tracking its CSR policy audited by Ecovadis. Industeam has achieved the highest level of distinction, receiving a Platinum Award and a rating that places the Group in the top 1% of companies in our industry sectors evaluated annually by the Ecovadis platform worldwide. Ecovadis highlights Industeam's remarkable performance, particularly in the implementation of its social policy and respect for human rights, with a score of 80/100 (compared to an average score of approximately 45/100 for companies in our sector).

This policy is strongly reflected in financial terms, with profit-sharing linked to employee performance. 2022 saw the introduction of a new bonus called Effort Bonus which aims to recognize the individual commitment of each employee – it can represent up to one month of additional income over a year of operation. In total, the additional compensation awarded to Industeam employees in 2022 will represent more than a third of the profits distributed through profit-sharing.

Industeam takes care of its employees, and they give back in return.
