INDUSTEAM Group has a dedicated department responsible for implementing and managing the policy defined by the Group's Executive Management. This department has been in place since INDUSTEAM Group was founded in October 2006.
It coordinates and manages all the organizational requirements for obtaining and maintaining the approvals and certifications needed to carry out projects for our clients.
It establishes individual and collective goals and monitors their achievement in the area of safety.
Safety is a core operational objective for all INDUSTEAM Group companies, and we are proud of our strong safety performance. In 2025, after completing 1,309,000 hours of site work, our accident severity rate stood at 3 (compared to 15.5 for companies in our sector).
