Industeam Nord - Ministerial Visit

On February 11, 2022, the Industeam Nord Industrial Automation branch in Leulinghem hosted a ministerial visit to mark the inclusion of Industeam Nord's projects in the Government's Industrial Recovery Plan.
Led by Mr. Guillaume Thirard, Sub-Prefect of Saint-Omer, Minister of Public Accounts Olivier Dussopt and Minister Delegate for Autonomy Brigitte Bourguignon were accompanied by Senator Michel Dagbert, Deputy Benoît Potterie, President of the Pays de Lumbres Community of Communes Christian Leroy, and President of CAPSO Joel Duquennoy.
Olivier Dussopt reiterated the goals of government support under this Recovery Plan: "To help companies modernize, become more competitive, and encourage them to invest." He presented Jean-Pierre Carlu with the official plaque designating the company as a winner of the Recovery Plan.
Industeam Nord has received an investment grant of €200,000.
Christophe Dumetz presented the industrial automation activities developed at the Leulinghem site, highlighting the recruitment needs and challenges involved in supporting international projects. Industeam Nord emphasized the company's results since its inception—growing from 1 to 103 employees and from €0 to €14 million in revenue over 8 years—as well as plans to establish a new headquarters and workshops in Coquelles, closer to its rail industry clients. Focusing on investment prospects at Eurotunnel and Alstom, he stressed the upcoming needs for recruitment—35 new positions—and training over the next five years.
