Operating in the Hauts-de-France region since 2014, the Industeam group is a recognized service provider, notably for Eurotunnel, which entrusts it with maintenance and safety improvement operations for its rolling stock. Operating in the Hauts-de-France region since 2014, the Industeam group is a recognized service provider, notably for Eurotunnel, which entrusts it with maintenance and safety improvement operations for its rolling stock. The company also participates in improvement projects for port facilities in Calais and Boulogne, and its activities are expanding among players in the metallurgy, petrochemical, automotive, paper, and sugar industries.
"The Hauts-de-France Region is very active in supporting businesses and has just included Industeam Nord's projects in the France Relance plan," says Jean-Pierre Carlu, its director. "In doing so, we have grown from 1 person when this structure was created in 2014 to 103 employees in 2022," asserts Thierry Franceschetti.
Growth as rapid as that of the group itself. Starting with 4 employees in 2006, Industeam now has 700, spread across 17 sites in France, and a manufacturing plant in Romania, with an estimated consolidated 2022 turnover of €100 million. And there are many projects; French industry is on a roll, and the group's order book is filling up fast. A long-standing client, Michelin, which is continuing its investments in America, has selected Industeam to build the second production line for its factory in Mexico.
The company is planning a hiring program for 30 people and has a five-year business outlook. "We invite young talent in the region to join us," announces the CEO. "We distributed 33% of our EBITDA* to our employees in 2021," concludes T. Franceschetti.
