The Industeam Group continues its growth in 2021

INDUSTEAM, in line with its strategy, completed a major external growth operation in October 2020.

This involved the acquisition of 3 companies: DSD Luxembourg and Imécolux, based in Luxembourg, and SECOMETAL, based in France.

For the first two companies, these operations reflect a desire to strengthen and sustain core activities in the field of industrial maintenance within the Luxembourg and Benelux region. They will establish the Group as a leader in mechanical maintenance, structural work, and piping in this market.

As for SECOMETAL, in addition to its reputation in the metallurgical sector, it has specialized operations in the maintenance of canals and waterways, as well as hydroelectricity, which will be a significant contribution to Industeam's activities in energy transition investments.

These operations were made possible thanks to the support of top-tier financial partners and banks that support the Group, particularly internationally—a result of the trust built through the Group's performance since its inception. They were also made possible by the agreement reached between the seller and the buyer regarding the proposed industrial strategy and the future of the companies being sold.

These acquisitions will, in particular, serve to strengthen human capital and field operational capabilities of our Group – 170 additional employees, bringing our total workforce to over 700 people. In terms of business volume, we anticipate reaching the €100 million revenue milestone as early as 2021.

They will also help firmly establish the Group’s reputation as a recognized operator in energy transition projects, green energy, and environmentally responsible investments.
