Purchasing power: Industeam takes the lead

Without waiting for government-mandated measures, the Industeam Group executive management team has just announced the implementation of an individualized bonus to recognize the efforts of its employees to boost engagement following the Covid crisis.

In a personal letter sent to the Group's 550 employees titled "Hard work boosts your purchasing power," the President of Industeam announced that starting in July 2022, a quarterly bonus would be implemented based on individual commitment and effort.

An initiative designed to boost employee engagement and address concerns regarding the decline in purchasing power.
