Alternating day and night shifts
The DMP Logistics Team Leader works on our client sites to handle the unloading of raw materials arriving by rail or road.
Your duties
- Take delivery of freight trains and drive them over short sections of track within industrial sites
- Manage the transit of raw materials by conveyor belt through to the final client storage area, avoiding any blockage or loss of product
- Carry out safety checks and pre-departure preparations
- Contribute to service and traffic quality by complying with safety rules
- Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the train
- Lead a flexible team on alternating day and night shifts, in direct contact with the client
- Handle day-to-day contingencies and ensure operations run smoothly
Your profile
- Comfortable operating a locomotive, with P1, P2, P3 rail siding certification
- Attention to detail, safety awareness and good client relations
- Available to work alternating day and night shifts
